Eligibility:
Customers have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
All items must be exchanged in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Items that have been worn, or altered in any way will not be accepted. ∙
Return Process:

Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and issue a replacement product of the same price bracket.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to our warehouse.
If you choose an item from a different price bracket, you will need to pay the difference in cost for the replacement item.
Replacement items will be issued within 7 to 10 business days after receiving your returned items.
Exchange Process:

We will provide you with instructions on how to package your items for exchange.
Once we receive your items, we will process the exchange and ship the new items to you.
